Open Class artists can participate in the 2024 Plein Air Festival without being juried in. You are invited to participate in all artist events and paint-outs. Open Class artists may submit 1 painting for the exhibit before noon on June 20, 2024. Artists paint Red Wing June 8-22 (includes Quick Paint on June 22, 9-11 am)
