Youth Open Class artists (ages 14-22) can participate in the 2024 Plein Air Festival without being juried in. You are invited to participate in all artists events. Open Class artists may submit 1 painting for the exhibit by noon on June 20, 2024. Artists paint Red Wing June 8-20. Participants will be invited to an orientation/information session before June 8, stay tuned for details.
