Open Class artists can participate in the 2025 Plein Air Festival without being juried in. You are invited to participate in all artist events and paint-outs. Artists paint Red Wing June 12-19, 2025 and are invited to participate in Quick Paint on Saturday, June 21, 9-11 am. Open Class artists may submit 1 painting for the exhibit before 10 am on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
