Youth Open Class artists (ages 14-22) can participate in the 2025 Plein Air Festival without being juried in. You are invited to participate in all artists events. Open Class artists paint Red Wing June 12-19, 2025 and may submit 1 painting for the exhibit by 10 am on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Youth Participants will be invited to an orientation/information session before June 10, stay tuned for details.
