Whether you're a complete novice to the world of ceramics or someone looking to revisit a past hobby, this class is tailored to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable learning experience.
The class is structured around instructor-led demonstrations and extensive hands-on practice. The ability to design and create something unique - from throwing on the wheel to adding personalized handles, details, and embellishments - is incredibly rewarding. Moreover, the satisfaction of holding a finished piece, knowing every inch of it was crafted by your own hands, is unparalleled.
By the end of the session, not only will students have created 8-10 finished pieces to showcase their hard work and creativity, but they will also carry with them the knowledge and experience to pursue pottery-making as a hobby or passion project.
Class fee includes clay, all glazing materials, firings and open studio time.
