Director of Development

Red Wing Arts is seeking a full-time Director of Development to help build the next chapter of our organization. We’re looking for an experienced relationship builder and fundraiser to grow individual giving, grants, sponsorships, membership, and donor engagement—and help strengthen RWA for the future.

Sales & Gallery Associate

The Sales & Gallery Associate plays a critical role in the success of Red Wing Arts by creating exceptional experiences for visitors and driving art sales. This part-time position involves welcoming and assisting visitors, promoting and selling artwork, maintaining inventory, supporting exhibitions and events, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about art, skilled in achieving sales goals, and enthusiastic about fostering connections between art, artists, and the community.
