Thomas X is an Anishinaabe Hip Hop Artist from the Red Lake Band Ojibwe. Co-founder of Rez Rap Records, Thomas incorporates reservation life-style, Native American awareness, and his personal life experiences through pure lyricism. Featured on VICE, Apple Music, and Noisey; he bring a unique style of rap music that ties in traditional hand drumming, Ojibwe language, and current issues and topics regarding the indigenous communities.

BRENT AND SHEENA WITH DAVID MELBYE
Teachers by day and Rockers by night, Brent and Sheena share the peace, love, and grooves of music from the 1960’s to today. And they have wonderful spouses and children as well!
David Melbye has hosted two previous David and Friends Concerts in the Park. He is pleased and proud to return to his former home of Red Wing to add his electric guitar and vocals to Brent and Sheena’s joyous music!

Amongst the Reeds is an Irish band that specializes in lively traditional tunes as well as sweet ballads and beloved Irish songs. All the players are multi-instrumentalists and singers, and there is sometimes even a little dancing thrown in!

Guitar duo of master Bruce Hecksel and singer-songwriter Julie Patchouli. Patchouli is a folk festival headliner and Public Radio favorite with pure, sparkling lead vocals and beautiful harmonies. Their sound, depth and virtuosity is described as “Simon and Garfunkel meets the Gipsy Kings” and City Pages compares it like “taking a yoga class in a field of running mustangs”.
