We bring a diverse selection of regional artists to expose audiences to a diverse selection of music. 
Parking is allowed during the concert on both sides of East and West Avenues between 4th & 5th Streets.

Bring your chairs and a cooler and enjoy the “city’s living room” with friends and family in our historic downtown. Everyone is invited!

The Tennessee Stiffs, Folk Americana

The Stiffs— dip their bucket deep into the well of American music - dredging up minor-key Southern-gothic circus waltzes, Spaghetti-Western vampire shuffles, and the kind of fuzz-drenched blues you’d hear wafting from a Detroit garage.

Harlow, Folk

Harlow is nostalgic folk rock from Twin Cities, USA. They were named one of Minnesota’s Best New Bands of 2022 and celebrated with their debut on the legendary First Ave Main Room stage in January 2023. Harlow’s most recent single, “Rainbow Trout”, is out now!

SHELDON THEATRE BRASS BAND

Traditional British-style brass band instrumentation playing a broad variety of musical styles, including original pieces for brass and percussion, marches, orchestral transcriptions, and unique arrangements for brass.

Mike Munson, Americana

Mike Munson is an adept slide guitar player who has built a career on solid songwriting and a reverence for tradition. He deftly blends dark lyrics, intricate finger-picking and hypnotic rhythms. His sound marks the similarities and highlights the distance between blues, American primitive guitar and early rock and roll.

Salsa del Sol, Salsa

Salsa del Soul is a Twin Cities-based, nine-piece orchestra formed with the purpose to provide great dance music for Twin Cities Salsa fans.

Thomas X, Indigenous Hip Hop

Thomas X is an Anishinaabe Hip Hop Artist from the Red Lake Band Ojibwe. Co-founder of Rez Rap Records, Thomas incorporates reservation lifestyle, Native American awareness, and his personal life experiences through pure lyricism.

Patchouli & Terra Guitarra, New Wave Flamenco

The locally living and internationally touring duo of guitarist Bruce Hecksel and poet/soulful songtress Julie Patchouli, bring their original guitar compositions, inspiring songs and unique talent to Red Wing for the Concerts in the Park.

Bluedog, Blues

The music is influenced by life experiences of Native people. “Our music celebrates life, the good and bad.” The band has performed across the United States in support of their original recordings.

Root River Jam elevates musical improv through the fusion of blues, country, rock, and americana music.

Driving the View, PowerPop

Driving the View is a powerpop band hailing from Red Wing, Minnesota. Formed in 2020, the trio consists of Greg Nelson on guitar and vocals, Steve Gustafson on drums and vocals, and Tim Thomas on bass and vocals.

Grimm & Cruz, Jazz

Jennifer sang her way across the country with her family's variety act for the first thirteen years of her life. Jennifer continued singing in clubs with 10-piece funk bands, in various cabaret and theater venues, and many more, as a featured vocalist with Augsburg College's Gospel Praise.

SmallTown Strings, Bluegrass

SmallTown Strings is who we are. A brother and sister duo from a tiny, rural Washington town. We perform a mix of Folk, Americana, and Indie sounds across nine instruments from box drums to banjos. We thrive on bending genres and having fun while doing it.
