SmallTown Strings, Bluegrass
SmallTown Strings is who we are. A brother and sister duo from a tiny, rural Washington town. We perform a mix of Folk, Americana, and Indie sounds across nine instruments from box drums to banjos. We thrive on bending genres and having fun while doing it.
We also write, record and produce our own music, often from the backseat of our motorhome while we're on the road. We are currently in the midst of our first nationwide Ramblin' Tour and are thrilled to have the Red Wing Arts Concerts in the Park as one of our tour stops! -- Caroline & JayJ
Concerts begin at 7pm / Food Trucks open at 6pm
The Summer Concert Series will kick off on June 7th and continue every Wednesday until August 30th. Concerts will begin promptly at 7pm, with food trucks opening at 6pm, providing a delightful selection of culinary delights for attendees. These vibrant and energetic performances will take place at the heart of our historic downtown, where the city's living room comes alive. Families and friends are encouraged to bring their chairs and coolers to enjoy these free live music events suitable for all ages.
Red Wing Arts is grateful to the community for their continued support, and these events would not be possible without the collaboration and sponsorship of local businesses. Free parking will be available on both sides of East and West Avenues between 4th and 5th Streets during the concerts. Join us this summer as we celebrate the power of music, community, and creativity. Let's create unforgettable memories together!
