Wing Young Huie brings a powerful voice and process that helps each of us understand the biases that we carry with us. Red Wing Arts is excited to engage our broader community in his Chalk Talk workshop.

Wing Young Huie, a celebrated Minneapolis-based photographer and author whose creative work has featured an exploration of the cultural self to race, neighborhood, class and socioeconomic background, is part of a year-long residency at Red Wing Public Schools (RWPS) and its new required 8th Grade Perspectives Class. Wings residency is supported by the Red Wing Public School Foundation and Duff Family Foundation.
