Exhibit - Rooted: Art & Belonging

  • Red Wing Arts 418 Levee Street Red Wing, MN 55066 (map)

Home is more than just a place – it’s a feeling, a connection, a sense of belonging. Rooted: Art & Belonging explores the warmth and comfort of being surrounded by beautifully crafted, functional works of art. Featuring regional artists who draw inspiration from personal histories, cultural traditions, and the everyday beauty of familiar spaces, this exhibition celebrates the deep-rooted connections between art and home.

From textiles and ceramics to paintings and sculpture, each piece in Rooted embodies the care, creativity, and craftsmanship that make a space feel truly lived in and loved. This show invites viewers to reflect on what it means to feel at home—whether through the objects we cherish, the spaces we create, or the stories we carry with us.
