This presentation will take an in-depth look into the inner workings of Native American communities, the kinship and value systems that sustain them, and how historical and intergenerational trauma have affected the well being of these communities throughout history. Additionally we will investigate methods of trauma reconciliation, collective healing, and cultural capacity building and reclaiming sacred relationships with community and land.

Jeremy Fields is the founder of Thrive Unltd, a collective of individuals representing various tribal nations and diverse backgrounds working to empower indigenous communities to heal from the inside out. Artists Jeremy Fields and Collins Provost-Fields created the Honoring Dakota Mural in Red Wing, MN.
