This workshop is about energizing your creative instincts and discovering how it feels to set aside your inner critic and let go! Materials are provided, so you don't have to invest hundreds of dollars to experiment! Participants will leave with four paintings.

Morning session: A short talk about goals and tools, followed by painting on paper. Lunch break – reflect on the morning experience. Afternoon session: Work on 9 x 12 in. canvas.

Artist Bio: M E Fuller is a rural MN visual artist and author. Fuller is a former graphic designer and art director, both as a freelancer and for traditional employers. She exhibits and facilitates workshops across the state and beyond. Fuller creates abstract/contemporary energetic landscapes and mindscapes on canvas and paper. She works in acrylics, pencils, charcoal, and with other mark-making tools. Self-taught, Fuller encourages audiences and students to embrace the creative freedom she experiences in abstraction.
