Red Wing Arts is pleased to host free artmaking opportunities for community members to learn, experiment with, and experience different techniques and media. Community Saturdays are free and open to all ages to drop in and stay as your schedule allows. All materials are provided.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Paint a bisqueware bowl for our Artful Summer Supper event on August 15th! This paint-your-own-pottery experience is free for all ages, and all the bowls made during the Community Saturday will be donated to the event.
Artful Summer Supper is a shared community meal unlike any other. Choose a handcrafted ceramic bowl made by community members, enjoy a simple, welcoming meal, and take part in a vibrant street experience filled with live music, creativity, and connection. Learn more about the event here.
We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all. If you have a disability or specific access needs, please contact Molly Quinn at molly@redwingarts.org or 651-388-7569 so we can support your participation. We encourage advance notice when possible and will make every effort to accommodate.
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
