Boss Mama & The Jebberhooch
Gritty Soul
“Singer, songwriter, guitarist and “Boss Mama” Colleen Myhre has connected with a loose band of hard-rocking desperados and dubbed them the Jebberhooch. Together, Boss Mama and the Jebberhooch put out dusty, dirty, gritty blues that rumble across the stage like a beat-up sedan over a Mississippi Delta dirt road. Their sound is a shake-and-baked helping of country soul, blood harmony and deep groove funkiness.”
Band members: Colleen "Boss Mama Myhre” (lead vocalist and rhythm guitar), Saul Myhre (drummer), Jeff Gilbertson (vocalist and upright bass player), Caleb Anderson (vocalist and keys player)
Concert sponsors: Fair Trade Books, Dob & LouAnne Gaalaas
