The Local Hooligans are a variety band from Goodhue County, MN. We play rock, pop, and country music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s, and today. The local Hooligans are known for bringing the party and engaging the crowd!

Concerts begin promptly at 7 pm, with food trucks opening at 6pm. These vibrant and energetic performances will take place in Central Park - the heart of our historic downtown, where the city's “living room” comes alive. Each year Red Wing Arts curates a diverse selection of regional bands, offering a wide range of musical genres to cater to varied tastes. Parking is allowed during the concert on both sides of East and West Avenues between 4th & 5th Streets.
Families and friends are encouraged to bring their chairs and coolers to enjoy these free live music events suitable for all ages. All are welcome!
