Discover the tactile art of handmade paper! In this hands-on introductory workshop, learn how to create one-of-a-kind sheets of custom paper using traditional paper making methods.

We’ll cover every step of the papermaking process including preparing pulp, using a deckle or wooden frame, pressing and drying even layers, and more. Experiment with color, texture, and natural inclusions like dried botanicals and threads to create a unique collection of handmade papers.

No prior experience is necessary. All materials are provided.

Paper will be left to dry at the Clay & Creative Center and can be picked up 1-2 days after the workshop.
