In 2007, Red Wing Arts and the Red Wing Arts community of artists and volunteers painted the beloved "Welcome Mural" in celebration of Red Wing's Sesquicentennial.

Over the years, it has become weathered and worn. Throughout the summer of 2020, Red Wing artists Dan Wiemer, Art Kenyon and Peggy Simonson worked tirelessly to restore the mural to its original beauty. Our community thanks you!
